J61...... is correct. AAR management are old school cos they are old. All in their 60's except Peter K who I think is mid 50's. Can look at this 2 ways I guess. Old heads are supposedly wise and cautious so will make 'more correct' decisions but with time not on their side will need to get a wriggle on before it is too late. Or we only have to wait another 5 or 10 years for the young guns to take over (if they ever get any - just who and where is the new geologist?). While I appreciate the support that some on this forum have for the snail pace, sentiment against AAR (ignoring 'the bear')is simply down to a lack of communication (Angus P) and a lack of meaningful progress brought about by a lack of staff. Having been on this for a few years now, I believe the problem is that this is a hobby and not the main game for all but Peter K. The directors all have far more important things to do in the other far more successful companies they are involved with. But at a handful of cents per share I reckon they just might stumble across something big. At least they managed to avoid a capital raising via Mandilla, have some good prospects and trade connections for future JV so it could be a lot worse. Just need a full time MD or Ops Mgr (the couple of hundred thousand PA would be so well spent) to overcome the inertia.
