Would it be too easy to think that some want the price lower for the SPP discount, and that some want cheaper options for the 4 shares for 1 option offer? I reckon the company should rejig the option offer- perhaps 3 for 1 or 2 for 1, and they should make them cheaper than 2c per option, because the share price is now lower. The problem with a % discounted SPP, is that the share price gets pulled lower and lower, because there is no base. I also know that the share price fell lower than 10c, so that price was not viable. I reckon, as a non-holder, that PRR is a decent company with a large news flow. But then, holders would be feeling the pain. They need to get this SPP and options issue out of the way for the share price to be restored.
