Hi Cabe,

How is it "possible" to judge the timing of the Kyrgyzstan governments actions should it choose to "revoke licences and seize the assets" of western companies operating in Kyrgyzstan. Hence does that not make this issue a problem over all time frames (short and longer term)?

Also I am interested to know your views as to how these influences (Post #1211635) will assist MHL more than otherwise may have been the case in order to evolve the prospect!
