Not sure if it's fair blaming the Co for delays caused by third parties or the mother nature.

As a shareholder who attends every company EGM and AGM I can tell you that these guys don't stuff around and sit on their asses drinking coffees.

They are very proactive and very motivated.
Easy to see why when you look at how many shares the management holds. LOL

Yes, there are always some delays (red tape, bad weather etc) but that's just mining.
