I think a key issue is the dreaded mention of a possible cap raising in the last operational update. thats going to hang like a millstone around IRL's neck. This could still be a fantastic play if they get the cash flow going, at current prices its being given away. But whats the deal here, is he saying if they've lost the $3.5m it will definitely mean a raising at the current demolished share price, if so we need an explanation what the process will be to potentially recover that money. Too many smoke and mirrors.
