I am thinking $1.50. However, instos will be underwater. They may instigate for a better scrip offer and take shares in the spanish company. At $1.80 or cash straight offer of $1.50. Not sure if thats allowed.
But that will let them roll over their loses and participate in future upside of bigger company.
