i honestly dont think there is any cause for worry.  the charts look ok.  it is probably just a substantial holder that made a bad investment somewhere else and needs the money.  
Fundamentals are still there, big buying opportunity in my opinion.  If i was available last week i would have known better and hoovered anything under 0.095 .  that would have been great.  i am watching.
In terms of TA:
Bullish Harami  - a fairly strong bullish indicator  - with the 2nd body being pretty small (making this bullish harami even stronger.)  unfortunately no price targets, but i can see 0.12 being next resistance and 0.1 as a support.
