Obviously didn't check the financials at the time. 5 Mil in the bank is a fair buffer, especially with the ability to sell whats in the coffers as well.
I think we all need to check the facts we have at hand and pay attention to all of them, not pick and choose what we think might get a rise out of people (insert yellow highlighter here) and ignore the rest of the information around it.
