I have been informed that a rival superior offer to recapitalise KML to the one announced yesterday by the co. was tabled to the board PRIOR to their release yesterday...major conflict of interest there!!!

The current and former boardmembers and one or 2 shareholders have major conflicts of interest, are not acting in the best interests of shareholders, are setting themselves in the placement and subsequent acquisition and have not acted prudently...

You will all see in due course a superior offer from a more credentialed group...and NO RECONSTRUCTION
