@1sharetrader1; it should be a no-brainer that ALL LIVES MATTER - ie. something common to everyone on Earth.

The Black Lives Matter on the other hand is a special case demonstrated by mountains of data and high level judicial investigations.

Quality Management principles stress that special cases have to be treated as special cases and NOT as common ones!

In other words, countries including Australia, the USA and the UK need to act on those mountains of recommendations made by scores of high level judicial investigations instead of resorting back into the same old Colonial Era practices.
