He says Rudd is irresponsible to plan commitment to greenhouse reduction targets without knowing the impact on jobs. He says nobody knows that impact, so he elects to do nothing instead of do something, yet he doesn't know the impact by his own admission.
In my experience any massive change creates new jobs and stimulates the economy, like the recovery after WW2. Massive change NEVER leads to stagnation even though jobs may move from one place in the economy to another. In actual fact failing to do something is what is dangerous to our economy as we fail to get a slice of the environment industry pie.
