Congratulations to the company for negotiating their way through a difficult situation. IMHO they kept a level head and pursued all available avenues to get back on track. Hopefully the next announcement will be that EMA has commenced its review of VG although whether this will come before or after a CR announcement is anyone's guess. The CR is pretty much a certainty now given current cash levels and the delay before the first sales.

I know there will still be a few people complaining that the company should have made more announcements along the way but up until now the only thing they could announce is that they are trying all avenues to get EMA back to the table.

TDA, nice try but I recommend saving your breath. You'll get a lovely big bruise bashing your head against that particular brick wall.
