if you own shares (mad at these levels if you do) vote against the money grab of your sharholders money at a give away ,fair enough at higher prices as incentive for management ,but current set up is a rip off for current shareholders,VOTE NO ,,,not to mention the price of ALL is trading at a forward PE of 40 ,rising aussie $ bad for earnings etc etc SHORT.
