Croup, the "time out" is a good idea but it ought to be accompanied with a consultation. It ought to be applied fairly to everyone. Most importantly, I find here a stark conflict of interest: the moderator ought not be a poster. Or he ought to make himself known by being introduced by Pat or the daily manager or some such person who does nothing but check the posts. He'll eventually know who the gross offenders are and counsel them, warn and finally refer them to the CEO. Not dictate to all of us his views. Not push his views down our throats.
