ALL There has been considerable criticism of management for being late in informing the ASX of any shortcomings in America, if management in America have attempted to conceal any problems in the hope that they would possibly resolve them selves, this would be difficult to detect from Australia. however,if the person or people responsible for any possible deception are not brought to book,then management would indeed be irresponsible and may be considered equally culpable,many people have lost large amounts of money and will be wanting answers. Iam sure they are aware of the bad feelings on this matter and will not only punish the culprit(s) but also ensure that safeguards are put into place to prevent a repetition.
I bought yesterday and sold today successfully and shall possibly trade them again tomorrow.
The company is still making money in other areas and I am sure that in a few months this will be considered an aberration and will be forgotten, especially after the gigantuan efforts from management to restore faith in the company, in the time tested way,through increased profits.
