This will definitely have a positive long term effect on the prices of ferro silicon and manganese alloys.
Inner Mongolia’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issue new regulations for 2021 through 2023—with about 80% of the regulations to take effect this year. The new higher power rates for small and medium furnaces will be extended and 28 restricted ferrosilicon smelters are on the list.
