You have to pick the ones in strong rising trends, hop on during the dips and consolidations, check the chart every day to make sure the trend isn't deteriorating and ignore the bloody stupid remarks from people when it shifts down one or two ticks.

BLZ isn't a great buy today, that last white candle was on very light volume and the MACD histogram looks pretty mature and the ADX is turning downwards. Maybe just hold off a bit for a drift back and see whether the trend develops some new strength.
