    I am having difficulty deciding if I should take up the share offer.

    Have you done any figures on this offer? MDL is now trading below the share offer price of 62 cents. Why?

    The mineral sands proposal will have to wait for the next minerals boom before it gets up, some years from now. So no point in giving this much value on top of what gold earning are going to bring MDL,
