agree sheeza investors shouldnt be shocked with situations like that facing Mali, it is termed a developing or emerging economy for a reason and things like this may happen but african stakeholders appreciate the importance of investment to the wider community. imo it is folly not to wait for the pending ann, gumption is lacking in the current market.
