ANZ are saying once they were lodged w ANZ "they owned them" absolutely

So ANZ didnt notify ASX wrt to "Ownership" for up to 4 yrs
This silence causes the scheme to get off the ground

ANZ didnt understand its tax position and were silent
This silence causes the scheme to get off the ground

ANZ executives Co Marketed w Opes and were silent on "ownership" being absolutely transferred
Their participation and silence causes the scheme to get off the ground

    Contributory negligence comes to mind

Or was it just a fancy margin loan really..with ANZ recognising beneficial ownership resided with the client

So by their actions(estoped) , they thought at the time it was this is how it worked
And the plods at ANZ Insitutional Lending didnt understand it either..

I cant believe ANZ would actually be negligent for say 250 substantial shareholder notices (inc adjustments) and about 7 positions over 20%
