just hazzarding a guess..........anything that happens will only apply from the date when anz took your shares, it will not be retrospective..what date was it 28.03.08...I would not be relying on getting a tax refund for anything prior to that date...........oh and opes does not have any money to pay taxes.......so someone else will have to pay.........
