Touchy touchy.. Old ground old man. My honest opinion is 24 billion barrels of OIL in place. My ramping prediction is 24 billion barrels recoverable.. Try using some sums or is that to hard.. Prudhoe Bay original estimations were 24 billion barrels in place with a 40% recoverable rate but that has now been increased to over 60%. Now with ICEWINE being conventional and unconventional play with the Super high way the recoverable factor and amount of OIP is greatly increasing. Also the fact that ICEWINE is 60,000 acres larger than Prudhoe Bay which was once the largest oil field in North America means the amount of OIP is more than you could ever imagine. With TAPS running at an altime low and the State of Alaska missing out on billions of revenue they will do/help in what ever way they possibly can to make sure that ICEWINE turns into a producer and starts pumping OIL down TAPS..
