This seems a rather glass half-empty kind of viewpoint. Why will recovery from an extended period of suspension impose such prohibitive costs on Cougar? The suspension of trading of CXY shares shouldn't prevent the company from getting on with other things whilst awaiting the lifting of the stop order at Kingaroy. The company has various other irons in the fire. Unless the politics are so toxic that the Qld govt decides to stop all UCG projects indefinitely then at some point not too distant surely the stop order on CXY will be lifted and the company's flagship activities resumed. After all, this whole thing only arises from an erroneous laboratory report, doesn't it?
