consumer discretionary - hvn
financial engineers - mqg

industrial transport - tol
travel transport - qan

media - nws
REIT - wdc
resources - bhp
uranium - era
zinc - zfx
copper - oxr


look at the ASX and the futures and you get a generel idea where things are going
keep an eye on the leaders and get a better idea of whats happening

just out of interest if you were looking at consumer demand what stocks would you choose?

I'd look at a retailer, a media stock and a transport stock

of the transport stocks I'd say tol represents that business better than any other
