Main problem is the sell side is quite stacked, this means will take quite a bit of volume to get going, it would be hard for buyers to see that and buy, what is happening is some are getting in the buy queue, then once order filled move to sell line above, more stacking and pressure sp down, then once the share price drops to much they will sell and knock out a buy line.
