I believe it to be a compulsory 4 month wait for a lower offer or at any time after dropping for an equal or higher offer. I checked this with the AGM hotline during t/o battle.

On another note, it seems production/first shipment is not as close as we'd hoped. If I remember rightly a previous ann suggested first shipment of concentrate in September now it's "production and ramp up to full capacity across the september quarter".
