I would have to say, that you are both correct in your statements.

Untill Junchian will decide to sell, the game is still on and, for me, Junchian is a long way off selling their parcel.

So too are Macquarie for that matter.

The ones that sell are reatilers that are deciding to walk and have their money in their hand, NOW, only to try and put their funds somewhere else that in this market sentiments, it is like pissing in the wind and find out where it all falls.

If I could still be holding the parcel that I had in my super/pension fund, and sold quite sometime ago, I would be a lot happier than what I am now.
