I think ARV’s executives have had a reasonable time to create some value for the company. From DL to AC they have very little to show. They have sold off most of ARV’s assets and have had little or no success at Paterson. Rather than search for another CEO they should look for a legitimate joint venture partner with a qualified management team that can maximize the CC and Paterson projects or sell the entire company. At this point I would take 5 cents a share for ARV or shares in another company rather than watch the leadership in ARV continue to line their pockets with cheap shares and warrants at the shareholders expense.
