Really wish I understood the whole process unfortunately I dont. It seems to me if the mine hasn't sold then someone or some entity has to be in control. Surely as shareholders we have a right to be informed or at least have the infomation available to us? Is it really as simple as the administrator issuing a circular to shareholders i.e 3rd may 2015 stating they have reasonable grounds to believe that there is no likelihood shareholders will recieve any distribution and we're out of any further or future possibilities ......then sit on the asset for nearly two years while the value increases wtf ??? Btw it was Chris someone at Kotdamentha who told me the mine sale would go through very soon but wasn't finilise yet and suggested I call Tim Rose at Ferrier Hodgson who also said he thought the mine sale was immient
