Seems very low for the potential of PoN and REAL (at low risk), hopefully they are just renegotiating the price having recently seen the strength of the PoN recovery a few month with the LME continuing to drop.
As these major secure creditors are also substantial share holders, it's their best to sell it above total mine liability of $223M USD (reported in the last financial report).
