Even if the profit is just $1US/lb, that is a $44M USD NPAT with 20Kt of nickel in concentrate production per year and I highly doubt we got their total operation cost so wrong with all the numbers made public and that initial "bid" was from one of the note holder/substantial share holder which was unsurprisingly rejected by others (but it does shows they can "legally" sell it to themself......).

It will be a steal of the century, not only because of the amount of remaining JORC reserves that hasn't been mined but the number of unexplored tenements which they have access to and with a $500M+ efficient infrastructures built (from memory, assets as stated by KM) this 12 year mine can be 20 years!!!!
