Hi Excella,
Yes, wasn’t told and it is confidential as the deal is still in progress ... and KM are in the direct employ of the secured creditors.
I also came at the question in the reverse by asking if the possible buyer was any or a mix existing shareholders and / or creditors and was told they were not.
IMHO until a deal is done, settled and announced we will have nothing (if anything) to action or claim against in this area. Meanwhile - as we get the time - we’re focusing on finding what was known and not communicated during the listing period.
