But if the contract was actually held up, and the nickel price has gone astro, of course they are not going to sell it at the current 70% discount to the pre C&A valuation when it go back into production and be profitable.
No one would be keen to sell at this stage unless its out of the hands of the shareholders (including the sophistated holders).
