The secure creditors who are also substantial share holders can choose to sell the mine for $0 if they wanted to and override the only other remaining secure creditor in Bradesco but why???? unless it's to themself!!!!!
But given the PoN recovery, I think the others are starting to get excited and if they do this, definitely CA time, I am just hope they aren't really stupid and have actually sold it cheaply and can't back out of it, if they have, they are the dumbest US investors ever, given even we knew about the PoN recovery........
