From the QC, they said this was legal, I still think it isn't as I can't see how it isn't a conflict of interest that as majority share holders you decide to sell the mine cheaply to yourself or someone you know (probably why one of their note holder bid of only $40M USD was rejected straight away). If they are nuts and choose to sell the mine at a big loss to a totally independent party, then fair enough given as major secure creditors they can sell it for $0 if they wanted to.
