Makes me wonder why more companies don't do massive capital...

Makes me wonder why more companies don't do massive capital raisings then VA themselves then fleece shareholders by selling to their own shell entity for pennies on the dollar.. if this is legal how come JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs aren't destroying peoples lives doing this already?

Why is no media all over this.. madness, Wait til the mine becomes highly profitable before selling it to themselves for pennies on the dollar.. none of this is fair, this should not be legal as it doesn't pass the smell taste and spells a deadly precedent for ASX (and world) listed stocks and will surely telegraph the very real and very massive liability to shareholders who can be wormed out of there investment dollars through this obviously wrong (on so many levels) method!
