Hold onto it and only declare the loss when you have a 50% CGT EOFY to "maximize" it......But I only have myself to blame as I wasn't aware that they could exactly do what they are doing and get away with it legally, yes they said that none of the buyers are current share holders but I bet you it's not to a totally non-independent 3 party provided those numbers that they told us and disclosed are real.....
