We might be talking 100's of 1000's of dollars on the sale price or alternatively the option of holding onto our cash cow. Surely it can never be too late to renegotiate. The delay in settlement may be sufficient reason to render the contract null & void.
BTW, What was the name of the QC with whom you consulted?
