They will never re-list, IF they can really sell it to themself legally.
To be honest, I still can't see how they would do this legally given in a "normal" liquidation were the major secure creditors aren't the substantial share holders, they need to ACCEPT the highest bid and from all the disclosed information I still can't see how there isn't a bid for the mine for at least $300M USD, in particular given the PoN and REAL recovery now. Hence if they were going to sell it to themself cheaply they should have done it years ago when PoN and REAL weren't as high as they are now......very strange.
