The above was the QC who looked over all of MBN's Ann;s and tried to find purpose of fault on the directors because in his opinion the liquidation was done and dusted with it all being legally done(albeit a bit smelly).
As far as the "anonymous sources" well they provided very close information but we had to e-mail confirmation to them that they would never be named.....
I must say apples for someone who has contributed not one tiny bit towards finding a solution to helping investors try and claw back some hard earned cash you certainly are demanding something you just dont deserve.....
To all those that did try help with the findings and emailed their help we thankyou for those efforts...
As for apples and co who would like to have a go,,,,well lets see how far you can go with trying to regain cash for holders..
