There has been a few holders that have emailed and want to join in, one in particular is in a class action group with a stock that went from $1.30 to 0.08 before receivers went in to shut it down..
The solicitor contacted te ones that put their hands up and managed to get a major shareholder on board who is paying for the fees, but having more share holders on board just makes the case stronger..
We are hopefully going to meet up this week and he is going to contact his solicitor in the mean time if he will at least have a listen to see what he thinks is the best way forward...
Imagine getting Lord Abbot on board, that would throw some weight behind our voice...
