I dont know how anyone can do due diligence on this type of business. They went in with a plan and decided to rip off anyone and everyone. If this is the way they do business then good for them but we can only hope they will get their comeuppance. If ASIC had any guts they should be all over this. There is a Banking Royal Commission at the moment and we can see all the corruption,lies and deceit that has gone on. This is no different absolutely no different to that. One has to ask what Korda Mentha were doing in all of this.
