After the DOCA the creditors had 98.2 % of the listed MBN shares and the previous shareholders had 1.8%of the listed shares - about 930 million were listed.
You saw the trading in MBN. Millions and millions of shares sold on market. Who had these shares available to sell? The 1.8% or the 98.2% ?
Yes, the creditors had shares to sell. The previous shareholders had hardly any, and most of these would have been in unmarketable parcels.
Work it out - the creditors had to be the main sellers!
