Thanks for what you are doing, I think the key point that we all want to know is can they sell their notes to a 3rd party that they are associated with, @simstac thinks you can and that is the only way they can shaft us but I can't see how as it will be deem a conflict of interest. If they can't then they must be nuts to do a harakiri as even we know how valuable this mine is now worth, especially with PoN of $7 (which is highly mid-end of this year).
