Depends on how much the mine is sold for, we know what it's worth and it's a lot more than the total $220M USD liability they have (at least double that). I can't see them selling to a totally independent party for less than $220M USD and not only make huge loss but also miss out on huge profit. If they do sell it to a "fake" independent party, I will be pissed, won't you.
