They are either waiting this out and are asking for the right money like you would if things are aligning properly or they have a legal way of selling it to themselves.....
If it was the latter do you really think they would of waited 2yrs and NI on yearly highs or would they if done it and have good reason when it was at yearly lows 2yrs ago.
Looks really suss if they lowball now, I think sticking strong to the story we all think is going in is just being sure on the way they have to go about this....

If indeed we do have offers and was looking to sell in December the the liquidators would know exactly what these offers are....

I think the announcement will be that "with all reasonable actions looked at the creditors have seen a strong enough turn around in the price of NI and a further incline due to EV supply that we have come to the conclusion that restarting the mine would be the most profitable way forward to all shareholders.We will be starting production after the mine gets commissioned and the all clear by end of June"
