    Well i have absolutely no doubt this is the deal they all will have under the table.......

    Sell it at break even and no-one else gets a dime and then have millions of cheap shares in the placement that the "new"entity will raise and then "vvvwwolla" the millions they lost here, they make twice as much over there.......
