The only way we keep our shares and relist is if the secured creditors put a stop to the liquidation and employ new directors and resign KM and FH from their duties..
KM and FH would have to be satisfied that an agreeable plan can be implemented for them to sign off on, then and only then can MBN apply to asx to re-list and we all keep our holdings......
The other way, sell the whole thing to a new entity and they re-list under a different code(or even the same)and all shares then are worthless if mine was sold at break even for secured c's
