Anything's possible but what's in it for a new owner to dilute their holding?
The only scenario being played at the moment is the sale of the mine to a new owner by KM as R&M (in turn acting for FH as VA's) who in turn will repay most of the secured debt of MBN with nothing left for other creditors nor shareholders and the wrap of MBN will be complete.
The liquidation situation has been farcical as the mine has really been in C&M as - from your reports - it's virtually ready to go.
