That's what we were hearing in 2017, they mention a transfer with "existing" share holders but apparently that's changed, it's now Canadian "entrepreneur" who are now "buying" the mine for only $250M USD (we might get some leftover scraps after the secure creditors get all their cut) and the hold up is due to a Brazilian bank (likely Bradesco who are the other remaining secure creditor).
